Between: The client (identified on the Reservation Form attached to this contract) and the hotel (identified by Sun Algarve - Holiday Rentals with CAE 55201 management Ana Rebelo)
Read carefully before you pay the deposit
The occupation and eviction of apartments and villas process with input from 16 hours and departure at 10 am. These times are expressly required and for this we have the understanding of our customers so that our team can make cleaning and maintenance services in conditions for entry to the next guests. Each hour after check-out is deducted € 20 (twenty euros) in bail.
Customers who have pets and want to bring them with you should before confirming the booking contact us and find out if the accommodation booked accept, otherwise the Hotelier reserves the right not to admit these customers in accommodation without refund of the deposit already delivered. If possible, the customer must leave a deposit on arrival of 200 euros to 500 euros for coverage
of any injury or damage which will be refunded to the customer exclusively at its output. If they are detected some damage or damage caused by domestic animals.
For most of the apartments and villas, customers have to deliver a deposit of 100 euros to 500 euros on arrival to cover any injury or damage to deposit cash and will be refunded to the customer to your departure and upon delivery of the keys to there is no damaged caused by the customer (see the booking form which is the value of the collateral). Reserves the right to invoice the remaining amount in case the collateral does not cover the damage.
